  • What happens if I spill my coffee on it?

    We would suggest purchasing a waterproof top so you can easily clean it up. Alternatively you can buy a replacement top for your desk here

  • Can I use it outside?

    Absolutely. However it is cardboard, so we would recommend avoiding moisture when you do.

  • Can I recycle it?

    You sure can. Refold desks have been designed to be completely recyclable. Our waterproof tops are also completely recyclable.

  • How long will it last?

    As long as you look after it, you can expect it to last at least 2-3 years.

  • What size is right for me?

    If you’re 160cm (5.2ft) tall, or less – we recommend you get a small

    If you’re 160cm (5.2ft) – 185cm (6ft) tall – we recommend you get a medium

    If you’re 185cm (6ft) tall, or above – we recommend you get a large

  • How much weight can it take?

    The desk can withstand the weight of an average human, however we wouldn’t recommend standing on it. It has no problem supporting the weight of a large monitor. If a heavy object is left on it for an extended period of time, it may cause the cardboard to sag slightly underneath it.

  • Where are your products manufactured?

    Our products are manufactured locally in both Wellington, New Zealand, & Wollongong, Australia, from locally produced materials. Australian orders are dispatched from Wollongong, NZ & other international orders are dispatched from Wellington.

    At this stage you can only buy Refold desks from our website.

    Yes, we can arrange an invoice to be sent. Get in touch with us here with the details of what you'd like to order.

  • How long does shipping within New Zealand take?

    This usually takes 4-10 working days after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

    This usually takes 4-10 working days after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

  • How long does international shipping take?

    This depends on where in the world you are. International orders normally take 10-15 days to arrive after your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has shipped.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    This depends on where in the world you are and what you order. We’d recommend going through the process of making an order and selecting your country to find out the exact cost.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to view tracking information.

  • The tracking status for my order has been on ‘ held for clearance’ for a long time,
    what does this mean?

    It’s likely there are duties for you to pay on your order and it’s probably being held by your local customs authority. This is out of our control, we recommend you contact your local customs authority to resolve it.

  • Is a signature required for delivery?

    Yes a signature is required all delivery of all orders. We suggest you choose a delivery address that will have someone there during normal work hours.

  • Can I hire or rent out a desk?

    We do not currently offer a rental or hire service.

  • Can I get a free sample or demo desk?

    We do not currently give samples or demos.

  • Do you have a showroom or can I see a desk in a store somewhere?

    We do not currently have a showroom or have them on display in any stores. However, if you’re in Wellington, NZ, you can come and see them in use at our office. Just contact us to arrange a viewing.

  • Do you have a stockist in my country?

    No, we only sell through our online store.
