Damaged item/s

When shipping items there is always a chance they could receive damage during their journey. If your item/s does arrive with significant damage send an email to info@refold.co and include a few photos with proof of the damage and we’ll send a replacement.


Exchanges/returns

You may return your item/s in unused condition and exchange it for a different size with shipping at your own cost. To do so email info@refold.co with details of what you’d like to change and we will help coordinate a return. Once we have received your returned item/s in an unused condition we will dispatch your exchanged item/s.


Refunds

If you receive an item and decide it’s not for you, you can return it at your own cost in an unused condition. Once we have received the item/s in an unused condition we will process a refund of the full price of the item/s (shipping costs are non-refundable) back to the credit or debit card that was used to place the order. To do so email info@refold.co and we will help coordinate a return.
